First Words
First Words Together is a family group which provides our children and their parents/carers with an opportunity to explore communication and language. It is an initiative developed post-pandemic and is facilitated by Jess in collaboration with The National Literacy Trust.
Week 1 - Listening and Imagination. We read the story 'Not in a box' and then the children used their imagination and created their box into lots of different things! We were very impressed at what they made - trains, helicopters and a feather box!
Week 2- Listening. We made our own instruments this week, and used them to help us with performing the 'Hop Little Bunnies' song. Some fabulous shakers including one with bunny ears!
