Year 5 Homework Friday 20th November
Hello Year 5,
This week I would like you to research the great scientist and mathematician Katherine Johnson. Then I would like you to create a poster all about her and her achievements. I would like you to be creative with the way the information is presented, make it fun and interesting! You could create your poster on a computer or using paper.
The poster is to be handed in on Wednesday 2nd December.
The best posters will be displayed in class.

Year 5 Homework Friday 13th November
Hello Year 5,
This week you have spellings, times tables and maths questions to complete. The maths questions can be completed using an online form on our Google Classroom Page.
If you are using the class page on the school website, to access your homework, you must bring in a copy of your completed answers to the maths questions on Wednesday 18th November.
On Wednesday 18th November we will have a times tables quiz that will be a recap of the 6, 7, 8, and 9 times tables. There will be 20 questions in total.

We will also have a spelling quiz on Wednesday 14th October. This week we are working on the consolidating spellings from Year 4, many of them follow the -ous spelling pattern.
