Mindful Colouring

We listened to relaxing music while we coloured in our pictures. It made us feel calm and relaxed as sometimes our brains get very busy!

Nursery Yoga!

We love our yoga activities in nursery. It helps us focus on our breathing and our bodies. Stretching helps us relax and also keep fit!

Nursery Meditation

We took time out of our busy day to focus on our breathing. We lay very still and and felt our breaths go in and out! We could feel our tummies go up and down when we were taking big breaths. In through our nose and out through our mouths.
