Archive Spring Term 2024

In Spring 1, we have enjoyed learning about the adventures of the Three Little Pigs. We read the story and, after identifying the main parts, we chose to focus on the Big Bad Wolf's behaviour and we tried to infer his feelings and thoughts. Then, we planned an wrote a character description about the wolf's physical appearance and personality. Next, we sequenced the main events of the story, and we drew a story map, which we used to retell and write the whole story independently. When we thought that our work on The Three Little Pigs was over, and we were already beginning to dream about our February Half Term break, we received an unexpected letter from the pigs, who asked us to assist them in an utterly complicated matter: the Big Bad Wolf is, apparently, sorry for blowing the little' pigs' house down and is begging them to forgive him. Should the little pigs forgive the Big Bad Wolf or should they not?
